remaking this movie WITHOUT Robert englund is the stupidest thing the movie world has done! they need to lay off scary movie originals and come up with there own stuff. a Nightmare On Elm Street will never be the same and even if they remake it,it will never be as good as the original!obviously this movie as amazing before if there trying to remake it now. ughhh people just need to learn when to leave things ALONE!

Robert England is the one and only Freddy Kruger it would be nice too see him come back as him though but if he doesnt want to do it then they shouldnt even bother remaking it it wouldnt be the same as it used to be when we were kids

I agree why a would they do a remake without him? Theres really no point. Like when they remade Halloween. It Was HORRIBLE. They should leave classic movies like that as they are. Robert is the one who made it Famous

I think that robert englund is the only one who ever could play freddie! there is no point in trying to do a remake using somebody else as it just wouldent be good enough!!!!
