Duchovnys Sexy New Show Upsets Aussies Message Board and Comments
Comments
The Aussies' may not like the content of the show, but that's why it is on pay
TV in America! Or as we say in America; if you don't like it, change the
channel! Thank you Showtime!!
Well, darn, i must be one of those 'church' people that believes that
television has gone way too far on the subject of sex and nudity! It's bad
enough that we have to suffer with having a constant flow of TV ads that pop up
showing every bit of skin that they can get away with, but ads for upcoming
programs that tease every male viewer! I'm far from being an American prude.
Just ask my Australian husband! It's the mother in me that wants to protect
the children that might accidentally view such trash.
As for you that want to view nudity and sex, go rent a porn!
Hi ,
I am an Aussie too , I love the show as do about 30 others I have asked !!
I can't see whats to be upset about BECAUSE there is nothing to get get upset
about !.
I think I remember a lot of " T and A " in Sex In The City when it was on the
tele.
Those FEW who get upset with "full frontal nudes " should get themselves a full
length mirror to get use to what a naked human looks like !
No mirror ?
Than watch the show and close your eyes for all "those rude bits " or simply
turn off.
This show is telling it " like it is " it just that some people have views
still that for the rest of a modern world went away when color TV's became
apart of the Aussie home !
No ..... Aussies LOVE the show !!!

PS . There is always a few that stuff it up for everyone else !!
It's just the typical church and family group trying to tell us what we can and
can't watch. They seem to think they control Australian society. If they don't
want to watch it i'm sure they have a remote control. As for me and my
roomates. It's about the only show we actually watch here.
What the hell is this? Aussies aren't offended by this s**tty show. Sure,
christians are and I suppose on some lesser extent the advertisers (because of
the childrens ads placed in the timeslot by Ten).
But it's not like it's anything, I recall something similar happening with The
Shield in America, advertisers tried to boycott it or something. But does
anyone anywhere care? Nope.
