Keep on Keeping On, Kirk! I know it is not easy in Hollywood, a place where human PRIDE is accentuated! My grandson had to be born in Children's Hospital at Los Angeles and we drove by the Church of Scientology every day for seven months to see our grandbaby in the bone marrow unit. Our whole family is from the midwest,so we got an apartment there while our grandson received a stem cell transplant for the disease he was born with, SCID (no immune system, better known as "The Bubble Boy disease" made famous by the John Trivolta movie 25 years ago.!) I had two sons born with that disease and they had to live in a "bubble" here in OKC, while the doctor gave them bone marrow transplants. When we found out that my grandson would have the disease (while still in the womb) we came to the doctor that had treated my two sons years ago, now at Children Hospital in LA. When driving by the Scientology center every day, I would pray for the people there. Jesus said no one can come to the Father EXCEPT through Him. He isn't a liar or a lunatic...He is exactly Who he claimed to be..and I have KNOWN Him as LORD for 50 years ..He is not an "OLOGY"..He is a "PERSON" and says of Himself, "He who has seen me has seen the Father"..I do care about where people will be 2 billion years from now, and that is why I want them to know Jesus and not SUBSTITUTE anything for FAITH in HIM in their effort to "feel good about their existence". ONLY GOD'S gracious offer of Salvation thru JESUS can save them from the REALITY of HELL, eternal SEPARATION from THE ETERNAL GOD who LOVED them so much he humbled himself, set aside His divine attributes, became a man...JESUS... and died at a specific PLACE(on a cruel Roman cross on Mt. Calvary outside Jerusalem) at HIS appointed TIME(2000 years ago)to atone for their sin. (Hell is their worst nightmare come true)... it doesn't matter how they get there...scientology, relegion of any kind (if depending on it and not Christ)or plain old human pride. ANYTHING LESS THAN HUMBLE FAITH IN THE ATONING DEATH OF JESUS CHRIST WILL NOT SATISFY THE PERFECT HOLINESS AND JUSTICE OF THE GOD WHO CREATED US!

The only reason Christianity seems a bit less "kooky" is that we have been exposed to it for a lot longer. Had the majority of people been taught from childhood that Scientology was true and then introduced to Christianity later it would seem just as nuts. A set of centuries old books that have been edited and totally rewritten does not change that fact.

Anyone can distort the word of God to make it fill what they like. Just like Jehovah witnesses. Their first preacher preached the end of the world in the 1800s. Of course it did not end so he said he didn't read it right then said it would happen on another date! Guess what, It came and went and all the followers gave away all. Read up on the past of Jehovah witnesses. Reminds me of the saying, " If the blind leads the blind, they'll all fall in the ditch." They're is no mercy for those that follow false profits. There is not but 1 truth! Follow the Bible and ask for mercy. Kirk, ^5 to you for not being a fake or afraid of the peers who say your a loony. God will bless you with all you deserve brother. please pray for me. You don't know me but Thank the Good Lord he does. Bless you and your Family. William

Kirk's absolutely right. Sometimes you just gotta call a spaid a spaid especially when it involves your soul. Life isn't politically correct and everybody's knee will bow and their tongues will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord one day whether you like it or not.

Kirk I really enjoyed the Tribulation movies. Are there going to be any more? I think it is great for you and your family to stand up for Christianity in this day and age. I pray for only the best for all of you.

ha! Tom can believe in anything he wants, but to support a scam like he does is a shame. Looks like Kirk found peace, and last I checked, his "faith" leaders weren't making threats, hunting down people who voice an opposing opinion, sending believers that they feel aren't quite up to snuff to a "labor camp", aren't spewing malicious lies to hurt people, nor making very unrealistic outlandish claims, or charging people hundreds of thousands of dollars just to "deepen" their faith. I'll stick with an ambulance and a doctor if I'm even in an accident. Tom Cruise may calm his conscience and just keep on driving by. Now excuse me while I go feed Xenu. He's lonely in his cave.
