Why the character assassination? Haven't any of you struggled with difficult family situations? Haven't any of you been touched by separation, divorce and the associated emotional turmoil? Don't any of you actually CARE? Has anyone stopped to think of how the naysayers will be seen if Christian Bale has actually done nothing wrong but is trying to do the right thing about ALL of his family members? Who really has the right to cast the first stone? I'm so embarrassed to be part of a community which acts in such immature ways when they hear of someone else's troubles. Instead of saying supporting, positive things to help all of the Bales at this time, you try to make it worse for them.
