get over it.... everyone knows these are just people. you can't sue someone because they can't make an appointment. no matter what the reason. it's rediculous. you should have planned your vacation to have some fun anyway... whether you saw a concert or not. that's just rediculous. you obviously don't like the band that much if you're suing them over it. i missed out on an aero show with my friends when the huge blackout hit all over the east and midwest. the detroit show... and my friend couldn't make it to the rescheduled event. it didn't mean i was going to sue the band. seriously... go have some fun in hawaii... i'm sure it wasn't that bad!

I think the ticket holders have every right to sue Aerosmith for their travel accomadations, hotels, etc. in this lawsuit. The price of the tickets (which are already inflated prices) are not a sufficient enough settlement, to those who have been damaged by the bands' inability to make good on their concert. Many hard working fans took vacation time from work, expensive flights to Hawaii, and outrageous prices for booked hotels in a very resorty touristy area just for the intention of seeing their favorite band play at that venue! The band did not give a reasonable amount of time for cancellation to allow people to change their travel plans and reservations. Aerosmith should be ashamed of themselves! Their fans have made them all millionaires over and over again through the years. Reimbursement to fans for this concert shouldn't even be an issue! Obviously and sadly greed and money has lessened their popularity and their characters as well. Guess it's time to "Walk The Other Way!" Good luck in court faithful fans! SHAME ON YOU AEROSMITH!
