P.S. I Love You Movie Review Message Board and Comments

The book was fantastic,im not a big reader but this book I could read over
and over again, the book is so believable and I felt that I could really connect
with the characters ..but what a big let down the film was, it was so
disappointing, the acting was so wooden and poor.
I dont know whether I had built up in my head what the characters would look
like, but Hilary Swank didnt really do it for me at all, the book is quite
serious and the film made it into a comedy.
I think you can tell a film will be good in the first ten minutes and I
totally switched off.
Surely the author should have had a say in the way the film was made..but I
suppose she was offered millions so what does she care?!?. I would definetly
recommend the book and DONT WATCH THE FILM BEFORE DOING SO.
It is certain that it is a man who has written this review. The audience is not
a dumb as you treat them to be! They have their own, choices and dislike. For
those studying films, the camrea angels and shakiness may matter. To others
what matters is the emotion amd the relativity with real life consequence. All
in all, it is not so bad a movie, surely you can see it with your lover once
more to understand it better!
I have to absolutely disagree with you!!! This movie is the ultimate chick
flick and definitly something to watch. Hilary Swank is a brillant actress and
definitly dedicated herself to the character. As for Gerard Butler, he was
absolutly worth watching. He connects with Hilary and fits the part almost
perfectly. Kudos to the cast and crew of P.S. I Love You
