Gran Torino Movie Review Message Board and Comments

Gran Torino made me cry. Most lwyers I know don't cry at the movies. Eastwood is luminously great in creating a new space for an old man and his Hmong neighbors. Eastwood, like th boy so harmed and his sister as well, have honor and a sense of justice. What noble characters in a smarmy gangbanger space. I think this is Eastwood's best and I have never seen an Eastwood film that seems so close to what I think is real life in some places. Reviewer who doesn't like the film might want to think about the real depth of his experience in life. This movie is a great movie. juan
