Robert Carlyle Biography
Carlyle studied acting at the Royal Scottish Academy of Drama but dropped out after only one term, he went on to co-form Raindog Theatre in 1991. Roberts early roles include a part in Ken Loach film Riff Raff, a brilliant episode of Cracker and the unforgetable Trainspotting. Since then Carlyle has gone on to become a seminal actor and recently stars in 28 Weeks
