Early Man

Early Man is Mike Conte (Guitar, Vox) and Adam Bennati (Drums). The project started as a recording outlet for Mike seven years ago when he moved from Columbus, Ohio to New York City. Armed with a four track, a '73 Gibson SG that was a gift from his ex-girlfriend, a drum machine and a bad attitude Conte began recording the earliest of Early Man jams. He continued to refine the sound of the project until Adam finally woke the fuck up and himself moved from Columbus to New York in 2003. The two knew each other from years of playing in underground bands in Ohio. If you don't believe us, just look at the license plate of their tour van when they visit your wretched city. You'll see.
