Apparently when it comes to the popular America Loves Talent, audiences prefer to watch shows featuring the obvious losers more than those with, well, talent. After opening episodes grabbed first place in the summer ratings contest, the NBC show began sliding two weeks ago and last week plunged to seventh place. Meanwhile, Donald Trump's Miss Universe Pageant may have produced the worst ratings in its long history, but because it was scheduled during the low-rated summer season instead of late spring, as had previously been the case, it landed among the top five. Reality shows dominated the week, with Fox's Hells Kitchen and So You Think You Can Dance, CBS's Rockstar Supernova, CBS's Big Brother, and NBC's Last Comic Standing all winding up in the top 20.
