Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner's daughter will not face charges following a police raid on her home as cops violated the U.S. Constitution by failing to establish "probable cause" for a drugs bust.
Courtney Wagner was arrested at the property in Malibu, California last month (Apr12) after officers responding to reports of a gunshot allegedly found heroin and cocaine.
She faced charges of drug possession but editors at now report the case will be dropped as cops did not have a warrant for a drugs raid, in violation of the Constitution's Fourth Amendment.
The L.A. County District Attorney tells the website, "Deputies did not have probable cause, consent, nor a warrant to conduct the search and recover narcotics so as a result the case is being rejected because of illegal search and seizure."
