Soul singer Natalie Duncan unveils the video for her upcoming new single 'Find Me A Home' which is set for release through Decca records on October 29th 2012 and is the lead track on her acclaimed debut album 'Devil In Me'.
The tense video features Natalie driving a red Citroen DS4 while a suspicious stranger is somewhere in the back of a taxi gazing at a photo of her. She arrives at her house and later hears someone else open the front door. She finds nobody but discovers a notebook with a photo of the stranger inside left on a side table. The track has a strong classic soul/ blues feel to it with the gentle minor piano sounds and Natalie's passionate, heartfelt vocal that drives the emotion throughout the song. There's also an impressive nod to her jazz piano style which she took up at a young age, reaching grade 5 at the age of 14.
'I guess my music has an element of soul and songwriting, but also melody and misery', Natalie has said of her music. She has worked on the album with Grammy winning Joe Henry who has previously worked with the likes of Madonna, Spinal Tap, The Jayhawks and T-Bone Burnett.
