Natalia Vodianova has asked 40 designers to create a dress for her charity.
The Russian beauty asked the industry experts to make a gown fit for her White Fairy Tale Love Ball, which is held in Paris next month, with a limited-edition book of her wearing the creations to be auctioned by Christie's to raise money for her Naked Heart Foundation.
Speaking about the ball, Natalia said: "Being still a Russian little girl inside, I wanted to create something around my love of fairy tales.
"I think the events that happened to me in my childhood are driving me."
The Naked Heart Foundation was established to create safe play spaces for underprivileged children in Russia and the 29-year-old beauty admits she would have loved to have access to such a facility
She told the International Herald Tribune: "A playground would have been a dream for me - I didn't have anywhere to take my sister.
"My horrible stepfather - I can't even tell you. He was an alcoholic and with that comes many demons. When I made money, the first thing I did was to hire big bouncer to have him removed from the flat and sent back to the Ukraine."
Natalia hopes her Parisian ball can beat the $1.2 million she raised at a recent event in Moscow.
