Rapper Nas has confirmed he cancelled concerts in Croatia because he was worried about his safety. The Hip-Hop Is Dead star, who is currently on the UK leg of his European tour, was due to play in the Croatian capital of Zagreb on 3 June (07), but pulled the date amid concerns for the safety of him and his crew. But the American MC, real name Nasir Jones, has promised to make it up to fans in Croatia - which has been politically stable since 1995 - by scheduling another show in the country later this year (07). His tour representative, Anthony Saleah, tells AllHipHop.com, "We pulled out of the Croatia show in early April due to Nas not being totally comfortable with his safety. "We gave them notice early enough. After the way this tour is going now he does feel more comfortable traveling in all parts of Europe and we do have all intentions of rescheduling his show in Croatia on our next tour in September. We also plan to hit Asia, Australia and Africa."
