Oh Chris! So what do we think? Did Chris Brown get the battered face of Rihanna tattooed on his neck? We tend to believe the R&B superstar when he says it's all a big coincidence. I mean, surely he can't be that stupid, right?

The Right Direction: Did we see a shift in the pop music tastes and trends this week? One Direction toppled Justin Bieber to the major prizes at the MTV Video Music Awards, perhaps signalling that the British pop-stars are taking over as poster-boys for the teenage generation. Still, we're sure Bieber will be just fine.

Nicki Minaj

Minaj shows her colors: Remember last week when Nicki Minaj came out in support of Mitt Romney and the Republicans? Well forget all that, it seems the superstar rapper took us all for a ride, although President Obama got the joke!

O.J. and Khloe K? In one of the more bizarre stories doing the rounds this week, one U.S. tabloid (we'll give you three guesses which one) suggests O.J. Simpson believe Khloe Kardashian is his natural daughter!

Kellie in a pickle? At first glance it may have looked as though Kellie Pickler had endured a disastrous couple of hours at the hair salon. However, the country music star revealed she had shaved her head to support a cancer-suffering pal. Now that's what we call a friendship.

True Blood Twins: A big congratulations to True Blood stars Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer, who welcomed baby twins this week! They are the couple's first children, though the details are being kept safely under wraps. How about Sookie and Bill for names?

Miley Cyrus

Party in the USA? According to one bruised reveller, Miley Cyrus' partying at Beacher's Madhouse in Los Angeles last week got out of hand. The man claims that the singer and actress struck him in the face during an argument. Hmmm, we smell a rat.

The Beat Goes On: Congratulations to the multi-talented, mega-rich Dr Dre who has topped Forbes list of the biggest earners in hip-hip. Confused? Well, even though the superstar rapper hasn't had an album out for years, he does have a rather lucrative stake in his Beats By Dre technology firm, as you would expect. In fact, he sold half of the company to HTC for a cool $300 million.

Tom says goodbye to Michael: Celebrities from the world of stage and screen attended the funeral of 'Green Mile' actor Michael Clarke Duncan this week. Tom Hanks' touching and funny speech was considered so expertly done that the video went viral.

Gwyneth topples the Duchess: Gwyneth Paltrow has been named People magazine's best dressed woman of the year, beating Diane Kruger, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton and Emma Stone. See who else made the list!

Video of the Week: This week's hottest footage of the week comes from New York, where Kim Kardashian was launching her new fragrance True Reflection as part of Vogue' 'Fashion Night Out'.
