Rapper T.I was released from prison this morning (31.08.11).

The multi-platinum Grammy-winning artist was transported to a halfway house - where he will serve the rest of his 11-month sentence for probation violation after he was arrested in Los Angeles on drug charges last year - and wasted no time announcing his return, by expressing on his twitter account that it "feels great" to be out of jail.

He tweeted: "Feels great to be back where I belong...Back in the arms of those who need me the most.

"The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!! Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!! (sic)"

A reality show is set to be released in December giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the hip-hop star's life as he attempts to get back on the straight and narrow, MTV reports.

Last year, he released his seventh studio album 'No Mercy', which featured collaborations with Christina Aguilera, Chris Brown, Eminem and Kanye West.
