Foul-mouthed cartoon duo Beavis And Butt-head are heading back to TV this autumn (11), 14 years after their cult comedy show was axed.
The series, created and mostly voiced by Mike Judge, made its debut on cable channel MTV in 1993 and ran for eight seasons until 1997.
Judge previously voiced plans to bring back the teenage layabouts as a pair of grumpy old men, but he has decided not to age the animated characters, who will poke fun at popular vampire movie franchise Twilight, modern day reality shows like Jersey Shore and the YouTube.com craze in new shows.
Judge premiered a clip from the new show at the Comic-Con event in San Diego, California on Thursday (21Jul11) and told fans the new show will return to Mtv in October (11).
