The Saturdays beauty admitted while she doesn't like to compare herself to other women, she has ''girl crushes'' and even notices them before ''guys'' she sees in the street.
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday newspaper's Fabulous magazine, she said: ''I don't [compare myself], but I definitely have girl crushes.
''If there's a hot couple walking down the street, I'll check out the girl before the guy - what she's wearing, how she's done her hair, what make-up she's wearing.''
The pop star isn't the only girl in her group who can appreciate feminine beauty.
Her bandmate Rochelle Humes also revealed she doesn't mind looking at other women - and she even encourages her husband Marvin to do the same while he's hosting 'The Voice' UK.
Asked whether she minds him working with Kylie Minogue on the talent show, she said: ''No! I was like, 'Oh my God, please look at her bum, is she that hot in real life?'
''I was at one of the live shows and saw it for myself. She is beautiful!''
