Dance star Moby has defended his frequent attacks on US President George W Bush, insisting his opinions have increased his popularity outside of his native America. The Natural Blues hitmaker - who last month (FEB06) criticised the American leader's decision to cut education and health funds in favour of increasing military spending - says although he denounced the beliefs of many citizens in his homeland, he has gained support from many European fans. He says, "It's safe to say that my political views have alienated a lot of people in America, but, conversely, my politics seem to have endeared me to a lot of people in continental Europe."
