The Victoria's Secret model maintains her model figure with a number of difference exercises including yoga and Pilates but says she often allows herself a calorific treat because she doesn't believe in cutting out everything.
She explained: ''I'm very health conscious, I don't believe in depriving myself and I believe that if you're predominantly healthy you can have a little indulgence every now and then. I love yoga, I practise yoga and Pilates and I do resistance training with bands. I enjoy it, it makes you feel good if you take of yourself and be in the best shape that's natural for you.''
