Miley Cyrus' 13-year-old sister Noah Cyrus was allegedly caught driving illegally in California, where 15 is the legal age for a learner's permit. Noah was seen in a car with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus in the passenger's seat.
Miley Cyrus' 13-year-old sister Noah allegedly drove a car illegally this week.
The 'We Can't Stop' hitmaker's younger sibling was spotted in the driver's seat of a Fiat 500 vehicle on Thursday (24.10.13) as she drove ''around town'' with her father, Billy Ray Cyrus, in the passenger's seat, according to TMZ.
The pair were spotted in Toluca Lake, California, but Californian state law deems that young drivers are required to be 15-and-a-half years of age to hold a learner's permit.
Noah is set to turn 14 in January.
While Noah and Billy were pictured with the young teenager behind the wheel, they can't be ticketed, reports TMZ, because they weren't spotted by a police officer.
Billy Ray has yet to comment on the incident.
Miley, 20, recently revealed that she is incredibly protective of young Noah and even monitors her social media usage.
The singer said: ''She says, 'I'm talking to my friend', and I'm like, 'Are you sure that's even your friend?' There are so many fake Twitter accounts. I was following a fake of my mum for two months.''
