Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry locked lips in front of a sold-out Los Angeles crowd.

The kiss occurred during the 21 year-old's concert for her 'Bangerz' tour at the Staples Center on Saturday night (Feb 22nd).

The surprising PDA moment happened when Cyrus was performing 'Adore You.'

But it seems the former Disney star may have been keener then Perry, a fan's video shows the 29 year-old pulling away nearly immediately.

"I just kissed a girl and I liked it," Miley said to the LA crowd after the impromptu moment.

Once the show had ended both singer's took to social media to share their kissing session with the world.

The 'We Can't Stop' singer posted an action shot of the smooch on twitter, along with several kissing emoji icons.

Before the show commenced Perry took to twitter to post, "I hope @MileyCyrus sings Breakout or The Climb tonight please bb!"

The 'Dark Horse' singer also shared a snapshot of Miley's mouth wide open while she is turned away with her hand covering hers.

"And after! I adore you @MileyCyrus," she captioned the pic, with a tongue emoji icon.

This racy moment only comes days after it was reported that the 'Bangerz' concert has already garnered a high number of complaints and requests to cancel the rest of the tour as people think she has gone "too far".

A source close to Miley's management team revealed, "Miley's management have been flooded with complaints, mainly from parents, since her tour began last week in Canada with calls for the entire tour to be axed."

Adding, "Her team, including management, record label execs and the entire tour staff including the director, costume department and choreographers - have been called for an emergency meeting as arenas across the US threaten to pull out of the show."

The shared kiss with Katy has most likely only caused complaints to increase.
