Miley Cyrus and her close friend Kelly Osbourne are backtracking after making comments about Miley's alleged drug use while celebrating her 19th birthday party last week. In a video obtained by The Daily, the former Disney star is presented with a Bob Marley-themed cake at the bash in Los Angeles.
After dancing to the 50 Cent track 'In Da Club', Miley gets up on stage and tells the crowd, "Thanks for waiting for three hours..and for throwing a party. You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much [expletive] weed". Osbourne, who helped organise the party and was also standing on stage, butted in, "I thought salvia was your problem, Miley?", referring to a video of Cyrus smoking the legal herb salvia at her 18th birthday last year. It was the British reality star who first came to Miley's defence when the latest video surfaced, telling Twitter followers, "Let me make something very clear after MileyCyrus salvia incident we started calling her bob miley as a Joke! the cake was also A Joke!...it makes me sick that MileyCyrus so called 'friends' would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!", later adding, "u guys if MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner!".
A representative for the singer has also played down the comments made in the video, saying the Bob Marley cake was indeed a joke.
