Miles Teller is being lined up to play 'Ghostbusters' actor Dan Aykroyd in a new biopic about his close pal John Belushi.
The 'That Awkward Moment' star will play the 'Ghostbusters' actor in a biopic about John Belushi, the late comic who was Aykroyd's close pal and comedy partner.
Emile Hirsch - who is set to play Belushi in the film - announced the news to reporters at an event on Saturday, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
He said: ''A shout-out to Miles Teller! We're going to be working together soon. He's playing Dan Aykroyd in the Belushi movie.''
Aykroyd is producing the film, which will tell the story of Belushi's memorable career from a young upstart on comedy show 'Saturday Night Live' to movie star, and also depict his fatal battle with drug abuse.
Belushi starred alongside Aykroyd in the 'Blues Brothers' movies and was a promising comedian until his untimely death aged 33 in 1982.
The actor will next be seen in hugely anticipated young adult thriller 'Divergent', reuniting him with Woodley.
Teller is also hotly tipped for a lead role in 20th Century Fox's upcoming reboot of the 'Fantastic Four' superhero franchise.
