Aging rock lothario SIR Mick Jagger and Eurythmics guitarist Dave Stewart have teamed up to record the soundtrack to the forthcoming remake film Alfie.

The ROLLING STONE and Stewart have composed three new songs and the theme music for the JUDE LAW-starring movie WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT, ALFIE?, a remake of the 1966 SIR Michael Caine classic film.

Jagger and Stewart will record the tunes in London's ABBEY ROAD STUDIOS, where THE Beatles compiled many of their albums.

Stewart enthuses, "Mick and I had a great time.

"As the movie comes together, it feels like a classic, as the themes we have written turn into songs crafted to fit the scenes and Alfie's character."
