Controversial film-maker Michael Moore has discovered sensitive unseen footage of NICHOLAS BERG, the American civilian who was horrifically beheaded in Iraq.
The FAHRENHEIT 9/11 director has taken possession of an interview with the 26-year-old Pennsylvania man whose murder was shown on an al Qaeda-linked Web site (12MAY04).
Moore says, "The footage is approximately 20-minutes-long. We are not releasing it to the media. It is not in the film. We are dealing privately with the family."
Fahrenheit 9/11 - which recently won the top prize at the CANNES FILM FESTIVAL - accuses the Bush camp of stealing the 2000 election, overlooking terrorism warnings before September 11 (01) and encouraging fears of further attacks to secure American support for the Iraq war.28/05/2004 18:00
