Documentary maker Michael Moore is planning to send Christmas cards to his fiercest critics after his new film FAHRENHEIT 9/11 made movie history at the weekend (25-27JUN04).
The controversial anti-war and anti-American PRESIDENT George W Bush movie shot to the top of the US box office to become the biggest documentary opening ever.
A thrilled Moore admits he's still recovering from the "mind-boggling" feat, and he's crediting his political opponents for the success of the film.
He says, "They're all getting a Christmas card from me this year (04)."
The film took in a staggering $21.8 million (GBP12.1 million) in just 868 theatres in its first three days of release.29/06/2004 09:10
