Controversial pop star Michael Jackson is giving TV viewers another intimate insight into his private life with a new one-off show featuring his personal home movies.

The eccentric singer, who disowned Martin Bashir's infamous documentary about him earlier this year (03), has released footage to America's Fox network for the show.

The programme's producer is the same for Fox's previous special, MICHAEL JACKSON TAKE 2: THE INTERVIEW THEY WOULDN'T SHOW YOU, which featured Jackson's own unedited tapes of the interviews with Bashir.

A spokesperson for the channel says, "Leaving behind the glitz and glamour of film, music videos and television, Michael Jackson opens up his private home movie collection, giving unprecedented access to thousands of hours of never-before-seen footage revealing his real life, family and friends."
