The executors of Michael Jackson's estate have launched a legal battle against the King of Pop's former manger.
Estate attorney Howard Weitzman has accused Dr. Tohme Tohme of bilking the Thriller hitmaker out of millions of dollars by forcing Jackson to sign a blanket agreement, awarding him a flat monthly allowance of $35,000 (£21,875) and 15 per cent of the singer's earnings.
Additionally, Tohme allegedly conned Jackson into paying him a $100,000 (£62,500) producer's fee for each month of his doomed This Is It comeback tour in London and 10 per cent of profits if the icon ever sold his fabled Neverland Ranch in California.
According to Tmz.com, Jackson executors are suing for damages.
Tohme was fired by the pop superstar just three months before his tragic death in June, 2009.
