Organisers of the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute show have offered to make peace with a group of concert protesters by inviting them to join in on a conference call.
Several angry fans are boycotting Michael Forever - The Tribute Concert because it coincides with the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who stands accused of administering the drug that killed the King of Pop.
But event bosses are hoping to put "rumours and incorrect information to rest" by asking fan group leaders to participate in a chat on Wednesday (31Aug11).
A representative for the concert tells Tmz.com organisers have planned "an informative call to address some of the misinformation about the upcoming Michael Forever tribute".
Michael's siblings Jermaine, Randy and Janet Jackson have refused to appear at the star-studded show on 8 October (11) because of Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial.
Beyonce, Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green are set to headline the gig.
