Michael Jackson has reportedly dropped his lawsuit against charter flight company XtraJet because he doesn't want to be questioned by the company's lawyers in a deposition.

According to US news show CELEBRITY JUSTICE XtraJet attorney Lloyd KIRSCHBAUM is celebrating after maintaining that Jackson simply filed the suit to take attention away from the molestation charges.

The pop star sued the firm in November 2003, claiming staff had surreptitiously videotaped him on the flight he took from Las Vegas, Nevada to Santa Barbara County, California to surrender to child molestation charges, and then tried to profit by selling the tape.
