Dance superstar Michael Flatley has reached an out-of-court settlement with a former stripper who claimed he raped her. Tyna Marie Robertson claimed the Lord of the Dance star assaulted her in a Las Vegas hotel in 2002. Flatley, 49, insisted the sex was consensual. The police refused to pursue her claims so she made a $30 million (GBP15 million) civil claim - which she lost. The dancer then filed a fraud and defamation lawsuit against Robertson and her lawyer - which was due to be heard in a Los Angeles court in September (07). Flatley's lawyer Ricardo Cestero says the star is "quite pleased" with the unspecified settlement he has received.
