Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones were among the star names at Michael Kors' New York Fashion Week show yesterday (12.09.12).
The Hollywood couple were in The Front row to see the designer's spring/summer 2013 collection at the Lincoln Center in Manhattan, along with actresses Katharine Mcphee, Olivia Munn and Camille Belle.
In the show, stripes played a dominant role as did a palette of red, yellow, green and blue, which the designer described as ''optimistic glamour''.
The collection also had a 60s fell to it, with Miniskirt suits, Peter Pan collars, and wide leather belts on show.
Former child stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsne also showed at NYFW yesterday, and impressed the critics with their latest collection for their upmarket label The Row.
The range was light, luxurious and very understated, taking its lead from 18th Century Japanese art
They explained in their show notes: ''This season The Row takes us to a world of pure, soft and delicate lightness.''
Other designers to show at the prestigious event yesterday included Anna Sui, Rachel Zoe, Marchesa and Proenza Schouler.
