THE GREEN MILE star Michael Clarke Duncan has an unusual method of staying in shape - he jumps over fences.
The Hollywood actor, who recently lost a barrage of weight, insists on ending his workouts by scaling a park fence.
He says, "I do a lot of roadwork, a lot of cardio and sometimes I go to the park and climb a fence... That's a good cardio little workout.
"After you do a lot of running you just climb the fence to end it all. It's funny because there's a lot of Caucasian guys at the park and I think they get shocked like, 'Hey, look at the black guy - he's climbing that fence!'"22/07/2005 09:30
