Singer Melissa Etheridge has requested a court hearing with her estranged partner to settle their child custody issues.
The star has been embroiled in a legal battle with her ex-partner Tammy Lynn Michaels since they called off their relationship last year (10).
Now the Come To My Window hitmaker has filed a motion asking for an official court date in a bid to end their dispute.
In documents obtained by Tmz.com, Etheridge cites a variety of "issues" that need to be resolved, including division of property, child support and custody, spousal support and attorney fees.
Etheridge and Michaels are parents to twins, son Miller and daughter Johnnie, who were conceived via an anonymous sperm donor in 2006.
