TOOL frontman Maynard James Keenan is set to become the latest star to front a Las Vegas cabaret show.
The rocker is reportedly planning a residency at The Palms in Las Vegas, which will begin in February (09).
Sources claim the quirky variety show will feature comedy and music.
Keenan tells ThePulseofRadio.com that the show is not a new venture for him - he fronted a similar project in Los Angeles before he became famous for his music.
He says, "(I) generally started off as a name that I was attaching to some of the comedy things I was doing with (comedian) Laura Milligan at this club called Tantrum which existed in the Diamond Club on Hollywood and La Brea.
"(We'd) have a variety show, lots of talent coming through there just kind of trying out their new stuff."
The pair recently enjoyed their first visit to the interactive experience in New York.
