British film-maker Matthew Vaughn has escaped a driving ban with the help of a lawyer who specialises in finding loopholes in the law.
The Layer Cake director was caught travelling in his $126,000 (GBP70,000) Range Rover at 95 miles (152 kilometres) per-hour on a 70 miles (112 kilometres) per hour speed limit motorway near his English home.
But solicitor NICK FREEMAN - who has successfully defended a number of speeding British sports stars - discovered flaws in the police case against Vaughn and succeeded in convincing magistrates to throw out the case.
Vaughn - married to supermodel CLAUDIA SCHIFFER - says, "I'm over the moon. I need my licence because my wife doesn't drive. I've been cleared by one of the best lawyers in England."
