After years of happiness together Matthew Mcconaughey and Camila Alves look as though they will be making their long-time relationship official at last. The two are reportedly getting married this weekend in a private ceremony in MCConaughey's home state of Texas.

In an exclusive report from E! - Word is that the private couple have apparently invited a mere two dozen close friends and family members for what promises to be a close and intimate celebration. News from the celebrity journal also told that workers involved with the wedding have had to sign nondisclosure agreements, making the nuptials all the more top-secret.

The Magic Mike actor, 42, and the 30-year-old Brazilian model and handbag designer became engaged during the Christmas period, with MCConaughey believed to have popped the question on Christmas Day. The couple began dating back in 2006 and have since had two children together; 2-year-old daughter Vida and son Levi, who turns 4 next month.

Matthew recently dropped out of the upcoming The Butler film in which he was meant to play former US president John F Kennedy opposite Minka Kelly as Jackie Kennedy. The film is the biopic about White House manservant Eugene Allen, which will also star Forest Whitaker and Oprah Winfrey. The modest actor, who has since said that he 'is not good enough to play Jfk', is believed to have dropped out because of schedule clashes with his own Dallas Buyer's Club.
