Congratulations to Matthew Mcconaughey who has confirmed that he is to become a father for the third time! The Hollywood star, who's had a busy year thus far, announced the news via Twitter, taking to the site to announce "Happy birthday America, more good news, Camila and I are expecting our third child," the actor wrote. "God bless, just keep livin."
The news comes as a moderate surprise given that MCConaughey only married current wife Camila Alves a month or so ago, although the couple have been dating since 2007 and indeed already have two children - daughter Vida, two, and son Levi, three.
Though always a consistent actor, it looked like work was tapering off for MCConaughey towards the end of the past decade. However 2012 has seen him back to his busy best, with 'The Paperboy', 'Mud' and 'Magic Mike' all out this year and 'True Detectives', 'The Dallas Buyer's Club' and 'Thunder Run' all in pre-production for next year. 'Magic Mike' has notched up $50 million in box office sales in the US thus far. It'll be interesting to see how MCConaughey manages to balance his busy schedule with this baby news. He currently lives in Texas with his wife, who he proposed to on Christmas Day last year, after the pair moved from California in March.
