Hollywood actor Matt Damon has no problem with accepting roles other stars have turned down, because it's the only way to get ahead in Hollywood. The 36-year-old has learned to put a bruised ego aside and insists that making it onto a list of potential stars is an achievement in itself. The Bourne Supremacy actor says, "That's the way it works. Every script has someone else's fingerprints on it. "For years Tom Cruise fingerprints were on every script. I was probably just somewhere down the line. "But to me, you want to just be on that list. And try to stay on that list. And not be comparing yourself to other people on that list.
