'Glee' star Mark Salling fractured his pelvis playing basketball last weekend.
Mark Salling has fractured his pelvis.
The 29-year-old actor - who is best known for playing Noah 'Puck' Puckerman in musical TV drama 'Glee' - is in "excruciating" pain after injuring himself playing basketball at the weekend.
He tweeted: "so apparently ive fractured my pelvis. one of the pitfalls of being a basketball weekend warrior. and guess what i can do about it? NOTHING!
"its not that bad, i can still walk and even run but sitting and getting up is excruciating. can i get some crylenol? or maybe some sadvil? (sic)"
Posting a picture of himself lying across a table, he later added: "Pelvic injuries are glamorous"
Mark's character is about to embark on a relationship with an older woman and he is excited about the "interesting" storylines it will bring.
He recently said: "Well, Puck is going to be falling for Shelby (Idina Menzel) and trying to make a family out of the situation. And his intentions are good, so I'm sure the outcome will be positive as well. And hopefully he'll have an active role in his daughter's life.
"When I heard about it, I thought, 'Wow, this is going to make for some very interesting storylines,' and I was definitely right about that."
