Canadian rockers Marianas Trench have apologised to gig-goers after postponing a planned tour of the U.S.
The Cross My Heart hitmakers were due to kick off an American trek with a show at The Rapids Theatre in Niagara Falls, New York on Tuesday (10Apr12), but they have called off their planned live dates, citing illness.
The stars have not specified whether it is a member of the band suffering from ill health, but they have assured fans they are "OK" and will be back on the road soon.
An official statement reads, "Unfortunately due to illness we have to postpone our U.S. tour til (sic) a little later in the year.
"Everyone is OK and as soon as we know when the shows are rescheduled and what to do with the tickets already purchased we will let you know. We're very sorry and we thank you all for your support!"
