Mariah Carey has tied the knot with actor Nick Cannon in the Bahamas, according to reports.
Latina.com quoted a source close to Cannon as saying the pair were married during a small ceremony on Wednesday while the New York Post claimed the nuptials were sealed in front of the couple's family and friends in Eleuthera.
The wedding has not, however, been officially confirmed and representatives for both Carey and Cannon have not made any comment regarding the media claims.
Carey, 38, and 27-year-old Cannon have reportedly been dating for a number of weeks, having met on the set of her new video Bye, Bye, which he directed.
However, the hastiness of the union is such that no pre-nuptial agreement was signed, according to the New York Post.
There was no pre-nup - there wasn't time," the newspaper quotes a source as saying.
Should the reports be accurate, it would be Carey's second marriage after her five-year union with Sony record executive Tommy Mottola ended in divorce in 1998.
Cannon has not previously been married but was engaged to Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks for five months.
Carey recently topped the US charts with new single Touch My Body, giving her the second most Stateside number one singles with 18.
The Beatles still hold the record, with 20 chart-toppers.
