Songstress Mariah Carey would like X-Factor starlet Leona Lewis to play her in a musical about her life.
The TOUCH MY BODY singer is reported to have agreed to a biopic Broadway production and would like the British singer to play her.
A source said: "Not only is she exotic, she's the only one who they reckon would be able to tackle Mariah's eight-octave vocal range."
The mole also stated that other names in the frame are Mariah herself, HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL star VANESSA HUDGENS, and Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria.
A spokesperson for the songstress confirmed to the Daily Mirror that she is in talks for a Broadway musical to be made about her life, adding that it could be made this year.
Meanwhile, it seems that Leona is much in-demand, with reports suggesting that she may be pairing up with Coldplay for a duet.
The Sun reports that the songstress, who recently covered Snow Patrol's RUN, is a big fan of Chris Martin's band, with a source saying that Martin likes her voice.
