Mariah Carey is planning to star in another movie - undeterred by her 2001 all-round flop GLITTER.

The HONEY star, whose '80s-themed movie was panned by critics and avoided by fans, is planning to team up with fellow singers Patti Labelle, MISSY ELLIOTT, Alicia Keys and Macy Gray, as well as comedienne Mo'nique for independent film LADIES' NIGHT.

The story will follow a group of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, women who spend the night on the town discussing sex, weight, careers and love.

The low-budget movie, a project of MONSTER'S BALL producer Lee Daniels, has also attracted interest from Beyonce Knowles, who's inquired about participating.
