Mariah Carey had the last laugh with miserly producers making new film TENNESSEE by booking out the whole of economy class on her flight to the set. The singer stars alongside Bernie Mac, JAMES D'ARCY, Bill Sage and Gregory Peck's grandson, ETHAN, in the movie, directed by Aaron Woodley, about two brothers on a road trip in search of their estranged father. But despite her enthusiasm for the script, Carey was less than impressed to learn of the project's tight budget, especially when she was ordered to give up a first class seat on her journey. Finding a loophole in the agreement, the diva bought out every seat in economy and flew alone in the cabin instead, reports PageSix.
