Former Malcolm In The Middle star Frankie Muniz has ended his acting hiatus by landing a part in star-studded Garry Marshall film NEW YEAR'S DAY.
The ex-child star put his acting ambitions on hold to concentrate on his career as a racing driver, but he has been persuaded to hang up his helmet to join Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Hilary Swank, Ice Cube and Sarah Jessica Parker, among others, in the comedy follow-up to Valentine's Day.
Muniz's previous big screen credits have included the Agent Cody Banks films and Big Fat Liar.
