Queen of pop Madonna is celebrating as single HUNG UP enjoys a second week at the top of the UK singles chart - and her album went straight to number one too.

The disco anthem samples Abba track GIMME GIMME GIMME, and pushes Irish boyband Westlife into number two spot for another week running with their ballad RAISE ME UP.

Black Eyed Peas are a new entry in the list at number three, while flamboyant rockers The Darkness enter at number eight with their controversial drug-inspired comeback ONE WAY TICKET.

Other notable new entries are White Stripes with THE DENIAL TWIST, which squeezes in at number ten, and POP IDOL star Will Young at five with SWITCH IT ON.
