An album of previously unreleased material recorded by actress Mackenzie Phillips and her father John Phillips is to be released in 2010.
The tracks were recorded more than 20 years ago when John reformed The Mamas & The Papas with Denny Doherty and his daughter - while MACkenzie was involved in an incestuous relationship with her father, according to her new memoir High On Arrival.
Attorney Jeffrey A. Greenberg, who represents John Phillips' estate, insists the songs are "great".
And he's convinced MACkenzie's revelations won't upset sales of the album: "People will make up their own minds. I was a huge fan of John's and my object is to hopefully make people aware of John's music and his talent."
