The video drops ahead of the remix EP.
Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson have joined forces to release a video for their song 'Just Hold On'; the latter's first 'solo' venture since One Direction took a hiatus. New remixes of the single are soon to follow as Steve continues his world tour.
Louis Tomlinson and Steve Aoki unveil the video for 'Just Hold On'
He might be in the news with less than positive headlines at the moment, but Louis Tomlinson certainly distracts from that with his new collaboration with Steve Aoki. The song was released in December last year, but is now accompanied by a sensational video which follows the innocent wordly adventures of a young couple deeply in love.
Tomlinson had been arrested at LAX after a scuffle with a photographer and female fans who were chasing his girlfriend, Eleanor Calder.
Louis Tomlinson has claimed that he was protecting his girlfriend when he was arrested last Friday night, after reportedly clashing with a photographer at Los Angeles international airport.
The 25 year old singer appeared to scuffle with the paparazzo in video footage posted online at the weekend, tripping and dragging the snapper to the floor. The altercation started when two female fans appeared to corner Tomlinson’s girlfriend, Eleanor Calder, as they were returning from a break in Las Vegas.
The photographer claims to have hit her head and received an eye injury as a result of the tumble he took with Tomlinson, while she was apparently trying to take photos of Eleanor.
James Arthur believes him and Louis Tomlinson are ''just a couple of chavs'' because they are both ''common'' and love the same football teams and bands.
The 28-year-old musician had been involved in a Twitter spat with the former One Direction band member for a number of years, which they have since put to bed, but the vocalist believes the pair are both ''common'' and share a love for the same things including football and bands.
Speaking to Metro newspaper about the 25-year-old singer, he said: ''We're just a couple of chavs really. We're both common, we're both football fans, we love the same bands.''
Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson's song ' Just Hold On' ''needed more energy'', according to the electro house musician.
Steve Aoki and Louis Tomlinson's song ' Just Hold On' ''needed more energy''.
The 25-year-old One Direction band member partnered with the 39-year-old musician on their latest single, but the electro house expert has admitted the track was originally a ''sad, slow'' song and desperately needed to be uplifted with more ''speed'' and ''energy''.
Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine about their recent release, the record producer said: ''I didn't want to make an EDM record with an EDM arrangement ... It was really about the lyrics, how to make the lyrics stand out musically on my part.

One Direction fans thought the day they’d been waiting for had finally arrived yesterday, when an update on the band’s website seemed to suggest their hiatus was over.
